Captain's will run for three weeks.
Week of March 11 - 15:
Location: South High School Gym, Door 1
Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Tuesday - no practice / Season Kick Off Meeting at Washburn at 7 pm!)
Times / Sessions:
10th - 12th Graders - 6:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. *Encouraged to stay for lax session w/ younger guys after.
8th - 9th Graders - 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Itinerary: We are fortunate to have some great lacrosse coaches to help the boys get things rolling!
6:00 - 7:00 - Molitor Speed Training w/ Older Group *Full Gym
7:00 - 7:45 - Luke Gellerman w/ Older Group *Half Gym
- Molitor Speed Training w/ Younger Group *Half Gym
7:45 - 8:30 - Luke Gellerman w/ Younger Group. *Older guys stay and help. *Full Gym
Cost: Free *built into spring participation fee.
What to Bring: Tennis Shoes, Stick, Helmet and Gloves.
Commitment: We ask that players communicate and commit to attendance.
